Coming Soon
We are finishing up screen porch and 3-season room projects to feature here with full photo sets and details, the same way we document our deck projects. In the meantime, the photo below is real work from our crew, and we would be glad to talk through what a screen porch and 3-season room would look like in your yard.

Porch Or Room?
A screened porch keeps the breeze coming through and the bugs out, which matters more here in the humid stretch of the year than almost anywhere else you'd build one. A 3-season room swaps the mesh for glass or vinyl panels, trading a little airflow for a space you can use into the cooler shoulder months too.
Both tie into your existing roofline, so we match the framing and finish to the house instead of bolting on something that looks added later. Which one makes sense usually comes down to how you already use your deck or patio, and whether you want the space open in summer, extended into fall and spring, or both.
Tell us what you have in mind and we will walk the space with you.
