Project Summary:

You will receive a page explaining the Objective and Design Concept with a few key Punch Words to describe the look & feel of the space. 

Inspiration Images Mood Board:

This Mood Board will showcase the strongest inspiration images provided by you. It can also depict abstract imagery to convey a color pallet or concept that we want to incorporate into the room. 

This board helps us to stay on track with the style, colors, and textures we select based on your inspiration photos. 

Materials Board:

A Materials Board will be created using all of the selected furniture & décor items showing how they coordinate together.

Furniture Plan:

You will be provided a Furniture Plan to show the new proposed layout of your room and where each piece of furniture is placed. This will incorporate your existing furniture that you wish to keep as well as new pieces. New furnishings will be shown to scale on this plan. 

3D Model Images:

The following several photos are 3D Sketchup Model images showing what the room would look like in 3D with materials applied. The furnishings & materials shown are as accurate as possible to represent the look but may not be exact. The model images are not photorealisticly rendered, but are used to convey the full design & scale of the space.
