How We Work
Three Steps, Every Project
We offer a variety of services pertaining to every aspect of outdoor living, from the first drawing through the final walkthrough.
Design It
Plans, schematics, 3D models and material selections, so you see the finished space before we build it.
Build It
Joey manages every build hands-on, with permits, framing and finish carpentry handled by our own crew.
Love It
We hand over a space built to last through coastal seasons, and we stay reachable long after the last board.
From First Call To Final Walkthrough

Contact us from our website or give us a call. We would love to hear from you! Send us some photos of your project site with a brief description of what your ideas are. We will schedule a phone call or site visit to discuss your ideas further.
Estimate
We will provide you a basic figure based on the information we have gathered on our call or site visit to ensure we can meet your budget. This estimate is an approximate figure, and will be refined later on. This provides us a starting point and allows us to know what you are willing and able to invest to make your project a reality. If we are meeting your budget expectations, we can move forward to the next steps!
Planning & Design
Every great project starts with an idea, even if it’s just a general notion of what you’re looking for! If you need help visualizing your options, finding the perfect layout, or selecting materials within your budget, we’ve got you covered. Through 3D modeling, schematic plans, elevations and material selections, we’ll help bring your vision to life. Projects that need this creative exploration begin with a Design Agreement, letting us dive right into the drawing board for your space. Have a simpler, more straightforward project? We can skip the design phase, jump straight to a Build Contract, and get construction started much faster. But no matter the scope, we always prioritize careful planning to ensure your project is a success.
Final Contract
Once we have a final design, materials are selected and you are happy with the plan, we will price the project and come to a final contracted price. We will review this with you to ensure we are still aligning with your budget and obtain signature to get the project on our schedule.
The Build
Once the final contract is signed, we will discuss the schedule with you, collect a down payment, and get your materials purchased. Once materials have arrived, we can start the build!
